The philosophy is simply that every human has their basic needs covered.
Capitalism and socialism have destroyed the planet and made the majority working class slaves or worse. Political Globalism must now supersede them both not through Totalitarianism but democratically by voting a global digital party in each country and uniting for global governance. A digital unit system will enable such global governance to implement AI world systems without financial limitations as present governments world wide have failed with budgetary constraints.
